- Prepare the Patties: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions (about 125g each). Form each portion into a patty slightly larger than the burger buns, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.Cook two patties at a time for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place two slices of cheese on each.
